Q about denied dealership warranty...

Nope, they are individual as far as I know. I have had a claim denied at stealership 1, and went to stealership 2 without any issues 
UNLESS it goes through BMW Canada etc, they might be able to see the previous claim got denied. Its a 50/50 chance. But I could be wrong....
