Heh, thats their call. If thats how they do business, they'll just get a return for a refund and I'll buy someplace else. In this economy, it is a buyer's market. I can't think of any retailer that isn't willing to do what they can to keep a sale or increase revenue somehow.

we do in MT as well. run it over, throw it in the back of the truck = food for a month
