Hi all,

Just joined this forum tonight. Got my M6 vert the other day, and so far I love it. The dealer tells me I have to drive "nice" for the first 1200 miles, but after that to have fun!

If anyone out there is looking for the REAL OEM M6 rims/tires...let me know. I had aftermarket wheels put on the car, and am selling the OEM stuff. They have 23 miles on them, and are brand new! SOCAL here, so a local buyer would be best to deal with the shipping problem.

I am trying to find some good prices and sources for the aftermarket gas/brake/rest pedals, as well as the black carbon fiber part for the steering wheel. Anyone able to offer any suggestions?

Hope to think of some other mods to do to it soon. Would love to add some performance mods to it. I will try to get some pics this weekend.

Good to have another 6 on board.

Where are you located? And what price are you thinking of for the wheels (incl tires?)?

Hi guys,

Yes, I am from Long Beach, CA! How did you know?

As far as enjoying the M6, I am really not so far. I had the car for a few days, and then it had to go back to the dealership for an engine fault light. As of today, they have had it for 10 days! They have the engine apart, and I really don't feel comfortable with the car anymore. Buying the car was a GREAT experience, but I have had nothing but grief from the dealership when it comes to the service dept. I wrote them a check for $130 grand for a car that I don't even have!!! As soon as I get it back, I will try to take some pics!

It's too long a story to post here, but those that are interested can see what is happening here:
