So, after a long wait, I've swapped my original brake system with an OEM M6 brake system. Of course that includes Rotors, Calipers, brake covers, clips, pads, brake lines, etc.
Thanks to Mike from M5board for providing me with the Brake kit Brakes were slightly used by Mike but are in an excellent condition!
I know that most of you guys might wonder why didn't I go with the Brembo kit, so here's my justification:
- Superb price, compared to Brembos.
- Huge rotors (~374mm) that are similar in size to the Brembos, already drilled too.
- OEM parts, i.e. reliable without headache with pads, clips, etc.
- Black Calipers
Installation was simply straight forward, plug and play.
Here you go with the Before/After pics:
After...
Clearer...
Front...
Rear...
I drove steadily for around 200 miles to get them polished with the new pads. Tested it hard once, man! ABS started to work now ! lol, the tires just Stop !
I'm really happy with how the brakes look and perform, I think it's a good investment if you get your hands on a clean set of course, since buying these from the dealer is pointless, unless you are willing to invest 8K
All comments are appreciated guys !!

Thanks all for the replies !
Cool ! that is a very detailed thread Nick!
But in my case there was no need to do any drilling in the hubs at all, just plug and play.

those wheels are so big you can hardly tell. Either that or i'm too distracted looking at those beauties instead of the brakes behind them!
what a beautiful car. enjoy your new brakes. I upgraded mine last week and they feel great.
