Is it possible to paint over the chrome wheel with out any problems? My shop said the paint will flake off if they don't grind down all the chrome before they paint it. Can't you just scuff up the surface,or do you really need to take off all the chrome? Thanks!!

Not too much sticks to chrome, I would heed the bodyshop's advice!

I'm almost positive they just need to bead/sand blast it and it will come off and then they can paint it easy.

Yupers that chrome needs to be grinded down sir... atleast enough so a primer can stick. Powdercoating is different.

I was debating on either black,or white. But I think I'll try white out since a lot of ppl does black. And plus my interior is cream it'll match it better? Will see how it turns out.

white is nice, but imo that look will get dated quick... people do black for a reason, kuz it looks hot
