I haven't found a gloss black grill besides painting it which I did. There is also the option of a carbon fiber grill but it is around 3x the price of the matte one.

well, i'm wait to change all the emblem in my car in carbon emblem and the only one Trinity....PM member Nerweezy have is black & silver or black & white carbon emblem. since i'm changing the emblem in Black carbon, i think is also nice to change the grill to match all black and black carbon too! As you see, my car are mostly Black, Chrome & Blue logo on my asanti wheels and black, white & blue BMW emblem.

Use an old credit card, work it in at the bottom first, then slide it to the sides, 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock, just keep gently prying it up. Get your self some new rubber grommets from your local stealers, a couple of bucks. Take your time
One thing, don't try to take the steering wheel roundel OFF! Just stick the new one over it, apparently, you could fu*k your airbag if you try to remove it, and believe me you cannot tell. Hope this helps, I did mine last week.
