i had the same problem a few months ago, they replaced the whole headlight assembly when i was still under warranty, now that im out of warranty the same passenger side that was recently replaced isnt working again. luckily i hear there is a 2 year replacement warranty on parts that bmw replaced so i should be able to have them fix it again for free.

could it be that there is a seperate motor that doesnt come with the headlight assembly but is plugged into it? maybe that is still defective since they only replaced the headlight?

anyway, let us know how it goes on monday...

Will do I just had both headlights replaced under warranty about 2 months ago... Brand new parts that unrealiable? lol

So it was something to do with software, and something got replaced... went to go pick it up today... and lights wouldnt not turn on! Grrr was pretty pissed off, they had to reinstall software apparently and would take few hours!??! Hence did not get the car back

Still carless apparently the software is not syncing with the headlights to do the adaptive bla bla crap.. Iam not buying it! WTF!?

Finally, 4 days later, after installing new set of headlights, reinstalling the olds ones again, they determined it to be a faulty ALC module... New software update as well, everything works good

on the main menu, the background is brownish, the upgraded iDrive has it in Grey. of course aside to other sub-menu changes

Ooo I didnt notice bro, I will check er out Its definantly a lot faster/smoother than before...
