"When it arrives next year, the serial 6'er will likely be powered by BMW's range of turbocharged and naturally aspirated six-cylinder engines, with eight-cylinder motivation reserved for the next M6. "

It looks nice, though I would prefer to see it in a darker color! BTW, didn't they announce that the M6 was not going to be around anymore? Or was it just gone from the current lineup??

My Ride: BMW E60
Model Year: 2016
I like the side and rear profile. But I am on the fence about the front. Pedestrians aside, I really hate this stupid EU law. Now it seems all of BMW's lineup has this similar nose/snout.

My Ride: 2008 550I LOADED, all options except HUD and NV
I actually like it quite a bit, the only problem? Do they really mean that all 6ers will be powered by I6's and no V-8's except the M? That is the stupidest marketing decision ever if it's true

this may be the case for the ROW but not the US as ROW already got a 6cyl 6er in the e63 model. However, as we have already gotten the 550i and 750i with the new TTV8, there is no way that BMW NA would launch the F1x 6er without the same engine for their premium GT. Now, one can perhaps surmise that they MAY do what they are doing with the 7 series, in that they may offer 2 version here in the US this time, ala 740i with the N54 making a 640i or perhaps they can be real Marketing smart and name it the 635csi and use the engine from the 335iS, there are many possibilities, all i care is that they keep the weight down
