BMW released the details on the 2008 6-series, exterior changes is a mildly revised fascia and LED taillamps. On the engineering side, BMW added a lane-departure warning system and a new electronic shifter with an optional Sport Automatic that blips the throttle when you grab the "-" paddle on the steering wheel.
The new cost of entry for the 650i coupe is $76,375.
the 650i convertible comes in at a cool $83,475.

Whats with the chrome on the coupe ? I saw these last week at my dealer very subtle changes..

Test drove a 650i Coupe today. Very nice indeed. Looks great, feels even better.

I was never a 6er fan......... but we have one now and I think it is a superb balance of sport and luxury....... it can really honk,and performs brilliantly in the twisties ( classic BMW trait ) yet it is a very satisfying daily driver with a beautiful "wrap it's arms around you " feel, in the drivers seat ...... I think you need one !
