2005 BMW 645Ci dead?
Hi, I am new to this forum. I am looking for some help from anyone who have been to this before and all those who have great ideas. I have acquired a 2005 BMW645Ci with only 50K original miles(lucky right), last Dec,2019. I did not use the car as I want to changed valve cover gasket first. So Jan,4,2020 I disconnected the battery and proceeded on changed the valve cover gasket as as oil was leaking/dripping on exhaust manifold. After VCG changed Jan,5, plugged the battery back in and started the car-rough idle, and gas pedal seems not responding until checked engine light came on. I turned the ignition off, checked code, P0120(throttle/pedal position sensor/switch A circuit), P0123(throttle/pedal position sensor/switch A circuit high), P0222(throttle/pedal position sensor/switch B circuit low) and misfire on cylinder 1,2,5 and 7. So I checked my throttle body and noticed the harness was not all the way in. When I tried to turn the engine on again, I have no crank, only flapping noise what sounds to be from throttle body butterfly and my dash board light up(blinking) like a Christmas tree. I disconnected the battery again overnight and tried the next day(Jan,6), still no crank, dashboard still light up like Christmas tree, only the back window works. I tried t again this afternoon, still no crank, this time all my light were out, no power whatsoever. I checked the battery, its reading only 11.4V.
I checked all fuses, all are good(passenger footwell). I don't know how to checked DME, CAS and power module if it is working right.
So any input/ideas will be greatly appreciated !
Thanks in advance.

You're at 11.4v. The battery needs to be recharged. It needs to be at least 12.1v to start the car with no issues preferably 12.3v

Thanks for your reply! I am going to bring the battery to advance auto parts to have recharged, hopefully that’s the only issues. I’ll let you know when I have it back and tried to start the car again. I really appreciate you! Just a thought, have anybody try jump the car? I don’t know if it’s safe for this car?
