The i3

It’s a little bit more difficult to see how the i3 is anything more than a punt towards the city car market. Admittedly, it has the same out-of-control styling as the i8, but it’s not a sports car. It’s probably not even an entertaining car. What it is though, is a mileage machine. It’s small footprint and high mpg (might) make it attractive to yuppie professionals in overly congested cities. Folks in Montana might be a little bit bored with that, but it’s a necessary evil. Like most manufacturers, BMW needs to make small cars to offset their carbon foot print  so that they can continue to make cars that people actually want to drive.

Like the M series. The very same M series that have been plastered with Efficient Dynamics stickers…

That actually brings me to my next point.
