E39 Wagon and the Perfect Pair of Shoes
You know that thing where some dog owners start to look just like their dogs? Yeah, sometimes that happens with people and their cars, too. @ItsJustBrian was the owner of this fine E39 wagon, but has since sold it and is focusing on other projects for the time being. But before he let some lucky person take it off his hands, he and the car were recently featured in SuperFly.
The feature is more focused on the photos of the car rather than the details that went into the build, so the information is scarce, but the mint green-wrapped 5-Series looks fantastic. It’s sitting on Stance wheels and is set up on R1 Concepts performance brakes. As you can see, the wagon’s been lowered with an Air Lift suspension for that flush look, but the smooth overhead is interrupted by a Yakima bike rack and roof-mounted light bar. Brian added a front splitter and a rear diffuser, and it appears he has a cold air intake under the hood. Nothing crazy, but just the right amount of style.
For the photo shoot, Brian went all out and matched his hoodie, his hat, his watch, and his Saucony sneakers with colors similar to the car’s. How’s that for dedication?
