Iraqi 3-Year-Old Makes Tasty Donuts in a 5 Series
For most Americans, the mental image of Iraq is a place embroiled in a highly polarizing war and the resulting mess. There is, however, a different side to Iraq that most of us never see. You may recall the Top Gear episode where the hosts drive roadsters through Iraq in complete surprise at the beautiful landscape and friendly people. There’s also a couple folks there who enjoy their piston power just as much as we do.
Maybe they enjoy it more than we do. In the video below, you can see a kid — barely old enough to see above the steering wheel and reach for the pedals — behind the wheel of an older 5 Series. He then proceeds to do some donuts. I’m not kidding.
This got me thinking back to when I was his age, and just barely able to ride a bike. The most fun I was having was in a red wagon. Not a station wagon, just a red Radio Flyer wagon powered by gravity. But I’ll take the good with the bad and say that I grew up alright. As for this kid, he’s bound to be a YouTube star in the near future.
