G82 BMW M4 Competition Flaunts Gorgeous Fire Orange Paintjob

Gorgeous M4 Competition perfectly demonstrates how one can use the BMW Individual Color option and M Performance Parts to spec a stunning ride.

BMW Individual Colors allow customers to choose from more than 100 paint options for their lauded beamers, but it also poses a serious threat. BMW’s latest design language is controversial, to say the least. The Bavarian automaker’s new grille design has received mixed reviews, and when you pair it with a tacky paint scheme, the result can be truly atrocious.

Recently Instagram user @quer.performance shared some pictures of a gorgeous BMW M4 Competition which perfectly demonstrates how one can use the BMW Individual Color option properly. The car features a host of M Performance parts and a vibrant orange paint job.

The owner decided to go with a vibrant Fire Orange shade for the paint job of his M4 Competition. BMW fans and aficionados will recall that this color scheme holds a very special place in the company’s history. The Bavarian automaker offered Fire Orange as a paint option for the BMW M3 Lime Rock Park Edition, which was launched as a farewell to the E92 generation.

BMW only produced 200 examples of the Lime Rock Park Edition M3. Over the years, it has become a highly coveted collector’s item, and this color will definitely enhance the appeal of this G82 M4. This M4 competition rides on a set of BMW’s Style 963 M rims that sport a gunmetal finish and offers a striking contrast to the car’s vivid color scheme.

At the front, the bumper now gets side wings and a new lower lip. The car also gets new side skirts which have also been picked straight out of the M Performance Parts catalog. The rear-end is dominated by a prominent fixed rear wing which sits atop an M Performance diffuser.

The fire orange paint job and the M Performance parts make for quite an aggressive ensemble, but if you still cannot warm up to BMW’s new grille design, then companies like Avante Design might have the solution to your problem. With the ongoing pandemic, deliveries of G82 M4 were delayed, but now that customers are finally receiving their orders, we expect to see more exciting avatars of BMW’s new sporty coupe.
