This car is a rolling example of why high quality detail work is worth it. Normal people might be okay with just washing their car and (maybe) slapping a coat of wax on it. That alone will bring your car’s look above the riff-raff of daily drivers, but if you want it to look like E28 up there, you’re going to need to take it a pro.
Black is typically a difficult color to “keep clean” because everything is a lighter color than it. That includes swirls, any kind of dust, even the minor scratches from just regular driving stick out. But when it’s kept in good condition… Man is it worth it. See what I mean below.
