Hrm - the only caveat is it doesn't happen to have the comfort seats .

My Ride: Looking for E61
Hi there, new to forum as I am on the hunt for an E61. Looking at the Indy 2008 BMW 535xi, it is now under $16k but it might have something to do with the last line in the description: "Miles are non-actual and will differ from odometer." Checked the Carfax and it is pretty non-descript, 50k through 2010 in Pennsylvania, then it was in Illinois for 4 years. No service records so no clue how it has been treated but it has been on the market for almost a 100 days

^^^^I looked at that one. I also checked the carfax and it said the miles last registered when it was sold at auction was like 54XXX-ish. So it cant be much higher than that. I'm in Germany so i wasn't able to see it personally. I did run the carfax to see if it was worthy of a PPI.
