Default Liberty Walk E60… has it ben done yet?

So the Liberty Walk fender flare movement has been out for a while now and has been showcased on a number of e92 M3's. At first I wasn't sure what to think of it, but it's started growing onto me after having personally seen the cars done by LTMW at WekFest and a number of other recent shows I've attended. This is probably geared more toward the younger crowed, but I figure I throw this out there and maybe someone has seen or heard of an e60 being worked worked on in the past. I personally think it would look kinda cool, but until it's been put into reality I'm stuck to imagining how it will look in my head. If some of you guys have never heard of the Liberty Walk vehicles, I've attached a few of the M3's recently done and a photo of my car at the end just to try and envision the look. (down side is that I'd have to purchase wider wheels…..shucks )

Im not sure if this look will stand the test of time, so this may not become a reality as I don't plan on doing this mod anytime soon. If money wasn't an issue I'd pull the trigger cuz I like it right for the moment.

if anyone's e60 can pull it off, i think it'd be yours. but i think to tie it all in together you'd have to do some minor widebody work. just my .02

I personally dont think the e60 has the proper proportions to make a kit like this work. I dont really think any sedan does for that matter. Id love to see an e63 go this route though!!

LOL. I want to do a W.B., but not sure if the conventional way or add on way would be more to my liking.

I thought about it as well being that all the vehicles that have been worked on have been coups, but I still feel that any shop out there that has the skill to fabricate the fenders can work around the design and make the rear flair overlap the door, thus cutting it in two pieces. I mean, this has technically been done and seen before on an e60 such as the Lumma design, but nothing to the effect that makes me think it looks really cool like the Liberty Walk cars. I think Prior design has an add-on setup as well. All range from 4-10k I believe.

I like the WB on the sedans but I like them with less flagrant flare, the orange E60 above is perfect! Seamless (sort of) compared to the others. Coupes can pull it off...

the lumma widebody is definitely not a good example of a widebody sedan. it's obnoxious and it doesn't flow at all. i personally think the overfenders would look fine as long as they're not too obnoxious (lumma).

I know this thread is about adding overfenders but what about ditching that idea and just doing a massive pull on all corners to widen the fenders/bumpers/doors?

here are some examples of clean widebody sedans

example of a clean front widened fender with vents added

Yea, those VIPs rides aren't bad at all, but I personally feel like that wide body style, though still very nice, is just plain jane to me now. I'm sure it will never go out of style and will outlive the Liberty Walk style, but who knows. I remember seeing a fender out their for the e60 that had some vents around the wheel well that widened the front end a bit but it looked a little to tacky for my taste.

Looks good on a race car, because race car.

On a street car, it looks totally ridiculous IMHO.
