I like the color as well, but I don't think it is Titanium Grey. The picture has a slight bluish tint to it and I think it falls closer to Silver Grey than Titanium. All the pictures of Titanium grey seem to be darker than this. Also, it could be a special Hartge color for their version of the E60.
The wheels are Hartge "Classics" and they show them on the website as being available in 20", but I think the ones shown on the car below are 19". On the website, they show that with a 20" wheel, you get a 275/25 tire...you are basically riding on rim with 25. If those are 19s in the picture, they look plenty big enough and seem to fit the car just right. If those are 20s, the look good, but I don't know about having a tire that thin.
