Default Throttle Body or Cracked Charge Pipe

Yesterday I was passing someone and all of a sudden I lot all power and the dash lit up with all sorts of lights. I had no throttle control at all, now the car's idle fluctuates from 1000 to 1500 RPMS constantly.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Codes: P1732, P1632, P1633, P1417
Two of these are a throttle valve adaptation fault, one is a transmission slip.

Mods: JB4, 3" inlets, 30/70 E85/91 Mixed fuel

Kind of sounds like a massive boost leak/vacuum leak to me. I haven't experienced it on the E60, but I have on many other turbo cars. Usually it was preceeded by a full throttle run and a pop, although I've had an intercooler pipe also slowly work it's way off...

Charge pipe and TB are a quick and easy check. Could be loose inlets?
