Hi guys
I will get my new 530iA in about three weeks.
As the BMW geek I am, I wonder what is the actually top speed of the 530 with the 258 hp engine? I have seen movies when it does 260 km/h ... Anyone who has reached this speed? My 530iA model 2002 have the top speed about 247 km/h. Is it any difference on the new model concerning the top speed with or without the msport package?
Looking forwards for answers

HAHAH, nice guys. Has anyone with the 258 hp engine done the same?

I have the 258hp USA version and I hit 150mph the other night, here in the US. Unfortunately, there were other cars on the road so I had to slow down. If it weren't for the other cars and for the limiter (which I hadn't hit) the car felt like it had a lot more in it...what an amazing feeling.
