Default Brake wear sensor warning and chime

WILL NOT RESET!
Yellow brake warning light
Yellow car on lift
Pads are fine
Checked and cleaned connections
Installed new sensors
Tried odo reset procedure at least 20 times
Odo reset attempt gives ---- then goes to 4500 on front brakes sometimes, other times just chimes and shows !

I know there has to be a way to reset this booger.

Are you sure they are on right? The wear sensors reset themselves after driving a couple of miles if they are new. What type of car do you have?

2006 530 sport package. They are installed right (very straightforward), and I have tried every reset procedure I've found on several forums.

If you followed this procedure then you should be good. It took a few times for me to get it right every time I do it. Is this the way you are doing it.

Yes I've followed that procedure, man I bet I've tried it 30 times. I hooked up my buddies BMW code reader today and no codes.

Could it be a bad sensor. Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 15 mins and then trying the reset? Just throwing some things out there I have never seen this issue before

I've ordered a d-can cable to see if I can reset it that way. What a PITA
