Great DIY! Does anyone have the part number to warm white footwell lights? A friend has warm white footwell lights in his E60, LCI.

Just to say thank you for this thread. Completed my install over the weekend.

Used original parts, including factory earth push ons. Only one minor hiccup, I broke the lever that pulls in and secures the 54 pin connector.

I got a whole new connector plug from Audi, apparently bmw don't sell it without loom, part number for info is 4E0 972 144.

Pics are of two new wires for left and right going into connector, the plug/connector (top right hand side, RHD car anyway) and finished job.
