Ok, as promsied I visted Matt at Umnitza to install the Predator ICE module on the left side of the headlights vs. my current AngeliBright module on the right. I provide the digital camera and Matt took the pictures:
When actually being there and looking at the two products from different angles, my thoughts are:
1) Illumination: AngeliBright (HALO rings are a bit "whiter and brighter")
2) Actual Kit: AngeliBright module looks "cleaner" meaning that it is an actual production module (Matt did mentioned to me that the Predator ICE for our E60 is still in development)
3) Ease of Installation: AngeliBright (again, this was a test unit from Umnitza)
4) Price: Predator ICE from Umnitza (sub $300)
Matt at Umnitza assured me that once the Predator ICE for the E60 is in production (2-3 months?) it will be much brighter and cooler thane AngeliBright. But for now, I am happy with the AngeliBright that i have

Unfortunately, I was there late morning sun was really bright and since the Predator ICE isn't production yet... I don't think I want it on my car for an extended period. We can do another bake-off once Umnitza is ready

Thanks for sharing Freed0m.
The unit has been revised as of right now to mimic some of the good properties from all the existing products but we are still working on effectively giving you 3X the output of PIAA at a minimum and our criterion is 10 hours straight operation with a safety shut off of 5 minutes and steady state 10 more hours of operation.
I kind of disagree with a couple of your points - as I thought we discussed them (in good fun, not mean).
I thought the ICE produt we had was a more pure white, without the hint of blue you see in the pictures. I also thought that for a prototype to come out with a design that was already as bright as anything on the market for 1/2 the price would be pretty good news.
The other thing we didnt' test but I'm 100% confident about is that the units we'll have will not interfere with either FM reception or any other RF frequency.
As a follow on to that, the units we have are a self-enclosed, ground up design, not a rehash of an existing product using BMW parts and lots of cutting <-- I think you'll agree as you did while here, there is a certain elegance in our design that isn't present in the other products
