no specific reason, but it is a replica of the mtech rear bumper made for the non-M which does not have quad exhaust. performance-wise though we always recommend to stay with the single side exhaust. an example would be RPI and their aftermarket systems for the non-M E60s that we carry, which all have been dyno-tested and give guaranteed gains in power.
Thanks,

yes the rear bumper is an mtech replica, looks wise is exactly the same but the diffuser is not the same size as the OEM mtech rear bumper as it is a replica. some of our customers who wanted to do a quad setup anyway just had their body shop do some custom work on the diffuser to accommodate another set of muffler tips.

I actually would prefer M-Tech rear, single exhaust bumper so if anyone wanting to get rid of theirs please hit me up.

My order came in yesterday, I didn't open the box yet so I don't know if they sent the wrong thing or its in bad condition, but I figured you guys would want to know the shipping was pretty quick. It took about a week to get shipped to New York. Hopefully I can swing over to Motorcepts today to start the process.
