how much to ship to zip code 22031 for a front bumper, preLCI w/PDC for an 07 550i? painted and not painted please? My bumper also has a license plate bracket and how does that work in terms of putting it back on, as I believe its illeagal in VA not to have it? Also do you carry the HID foglights as the factory ones are quite dull compared to the xeon?
