When I start the car without the lights on, they are strobing (on-off-on-off) , is that normal ?

John, do you know which angel eyes you sent me? They are definitely not MTech because they didn't come in any box, they came wrapped up in plastic.
I installed them last night ( was a bitch because the M5 has so many screws and protective covers ) and they are the same brightness as OEM, which I don't mind actually. White angel eyes look amazing!
Just curious as to which brand and model you sent me.

LOL. U know that's impossible. I haven;t seen anyone with their angel eyes strobe. Possibly car wiring? Lemme know if it bothers you and we can try a different set. All of them have been tested prior shipment.
