tax is separate.. i figured the 19.28 is the tax. I can't change the shipping though. Even though it's selected on the priority shipping for $9, then i go enter in my payment info, at the page where it verifies the order, it goes back to the express shipping. i've gone back and hit "edit shipping method" and priority is highlight, but somehow at the confirmation page it calculates express.
