Also, can you elaborate on the following statement: Some PDC fitment issues are possible if you have a Sport package already vs non-Sport package PDC sensors. Please inquire if this may be an issue for you.

will existing fog lights fit this bumper, or do u have to add the fog lights at purchase time in order to keep the fog light option with this bumper?

Also when trying to apply the coupon it says the coupon has already expired.

The price shipped is $350. Same as our black friday price. None of the units will have PDC. Which is better anyways because 1) your existing PDC can swap over 2) Your body shop just drills out the holes (takes less than 1 minute) on the bumper prior to prep and paint and 3) You don't have to figure out what size you do or don't have.

We do not sell any bumpers made in China among the many issues currently a problem with Chinese bumpers are: Badly recycled old plastics that are reused in their molds, cheaper/thinner/more brittle plastics, poor paint adhesion qualities, and poor mold manufacturing.

Our bumpers are made in Taiwan, and we have over 1000 E60 M5tech Style bumpers on various cars worldwide.

If you have a 2004-2007 car, existing fogs will work. If your car is a 2008+, we have 2 types of fogs.
We can offer you standard fogs for $40 for the set as part of this package - normally $75 or Projector Fogs for $99 (normally $125).

Are the PDC holes the same size all the way through and not a step size? So it's as simple as measuring existing holes and drilling new holes the same size? I ask as I will be painting/installing bumper myself.

 

No, since you don't list which year your car is, here is the general rule.

There are 2 sizes - Quarter and Dime (relatively speaking - 25mm and 16mm)

Each bumper has a mold marking on the back of it that shows you the central point of the PDC location and obviously you just need a drill bit that mimics those sizes to drill out the hole.

It really is as simple as seeing how big your hole on the PDC is, removing the hold PDC, mounting it on the mounting stems on the back of the bumper and then sliding the PDC through it.

And how much is it pre-painted? I didn't quite understand that part. Can you guys shade match if I were to send tow hook cover or gas door to you guys?

 

Ok, I have an update!

If you want the bumper to have a "native" PDC opening, we found that at least 10 of them have the 04-07 style PDC (24mm) and another 5-7 have the 08+ style PDC (16mm).
Please simply specify this on check out.

 

what about for the local guys? any specials since we don't have to deal with shipping?

 

This bumper special cannot be offered as part of a pre-paint deal.

We usually only need the paint code.
