Wheel Spacer Goodness

My Ride: '06 550i
'84 Nissan S12 Turbo
I finally decided to get some 15mm wheel spacers for the back. The stance looks much much better.
The brand I decided to go with was Ichiba
I got them from Option Imports out of Socal http://www.optionimports.com
I have bought Nissan stuff from them before over the years...and always good service, so I said why not.
Anyway, paid $76.50 for the spacers and $25 for 10 black extended bolts....and free shipping for both.
I put a little bearing grease on the inner lip of the spacers since it was a pretty snug fit slipping them on the wheel hubs. Figured it might make it easier if/ when I decide to take them off.
I decided to set up the tripod and leave the camera in one spot to get exact positioning of the "before/ after" shots. Unless I missed it all of the spacer before/ after pics i've seen on here always are taken from different angles..so it kind of makes it hard to see exactly the differences. Thought this might make it useful for future spacer buyers that have 124's

Other than the car being coated with pollen, what does everyone think? I think it makes a pretty noticeable difference!

I too did the 15mm spacers on the rear. It is amazing how it makes the car look. Actually, I had 5mm on the front also. They looked great but if you don't have hub extenders or flat hubbed wheels you will get vibrations. I took them off and just left the 15mm in the rears. Now riding with them for a while, I actually thin 18mm would be a perfect fit. Oh well maybe I'll try that later down the road.
Anyway, Are you going to drop with the 124's or are you changing the wheels. I thought the sprot suspension was low enough. Leave it to praisethelowered to recommend to go lower.

If I lower...i'll keep the 124's...but yeah I almost think a 18mm would allow it to be more flush than the 15mm's, which aren't quite there...but everyone said a 18-20mm spacer would be too much, so I went with the recommended 15mm
I may get a pair of wider ones down the road as well. No spacers on the front either as I heard there will be vibration with a 5mm spacer.

Can you do me a favor and tell me how many finger spaces in between the tire and the fender lip on your car front and back? I know its a ghetto measurement but your car looks a little lower. I have three fingers on mine. The rear is a tight three. Thanks
