I've been searching around but can't seem to locate any feedback or good pictures of different size spacers on a e60 with 124 style sport wheels. I'm thinking 15mm should be about right on the back but maybe 12mm would look better. Any feedback and pictures would be greatly appreciated.

I have 124 rims myself.

Do you mean 15 mm at each side or 15 mm total?

I'm running 5mm in the front and 15mm in the rear on 124.

Thanks for this navin.

I presume you have 9x18 inch wheels at the back? (I'm asking because I have 8x18 in the back of my touring, which will look differently with the same spacers)

Do you happen to have the last pic below in a higher resolution, and also the same one from a rear 3/4 perspective? Would be very helpful..

Default Worried about 5mm spacers being unsafe!

Has anyone lowered their 5 series with the original staggered 124's? I've read in multiple places that when you install coilovers, the shock body/spring will rub on the tire without spacers. Has anyone had experience lowering their car with these rims? I measured my clearance for spacers and I don't think I can fit a hubcentric 10mm up front. From what I read, and seeing how burger tuning and VRSF only offer 10mm and up, I'm afraid I'll have issues when I go to install the coilovers myself.

Thank you for any information or advice!
