CANADIANS: Ext. Warranty for 06 M5

Hey guys, i've been noticing alot of talk of people buying extended warranty on thier m5's that are coming off factory warranty. My car is coming off warranty this week actually and i wasnt originally planning on getting an aftermarket warranty but thought to look into it anyways.
My car has 29,000kms is a early build 06/late build 05, and havent had any major problems with it thus far. I have replaced alot of trim items under warranty (rear windows due to defrosters, steering wheel trim due to peeling, ashtray console slide due to slight movement, rims PC'd due to finish coming off, sunroof seals due to wind noise, pillar trim due to gasoline look, etc) I have not had ANY problems with the major components of the vehicle (SMG, engine, susp.) knock on wood, but did make a formal complaint about hard shifting, and was cleared based on the fact that it was normal for m5's to do so. I was hesitant to get an aftermarket warranty, but with all this talk of late 05's/early 06's being defective, scares me.
ANYWAYS... on to my question: Are they're any CANADIANS here that have priced or sout after aftermarket warranties for thier e60 m5? If so please do comment on pricing/coverage you have encountered. I

I know that my dealer sells a warranty that ASE certified shops as well as BMW dealerships will honor and can be used all over the united states and canada.
If you are interested I can PM you the number of my dealer and they can explain more.
It is bumper to bumper and pretty much covers the same things as the BMW factory warranty. And he confirmed that the I-Drive and SMG are covered. It is $3200 USD and a $100 deductable for 4 yrs /50k

BTW: I just found out that its $500.00+ more because my car is a U.S. Imported vehicle..

I will also be purchasing a aftermarket warranty If I decide to keep the car but I cant find a company that warranties M-cars in Canada. Does GLOBAL EXTENDED WARRANTY cover clutch, SMG transmission, Navi GPS, brakes?

I got this quote from my BMW Dealer and they tell me the 7 star warranty covers EVERYTHING. Unfortunately my warranty has expired and i can only go with alternative 5 star warranties.. POst if you find a better warranty!

I am picking my car up from the Dealer on Friday/Monday. My car is sitting out of warranty at the dealership, but the rollover happened while it was there so i am hoping i can still get the 7 Star. I will post all the info i find out when i sit down with the Service Manager.
