I got some Hoen yellow fog bulbs for christmas from the wife.....and was looking for a diy on swapping them out. I swear I remember seeing a thread on it...but can't seem to find it. Anyone know off hand where the thread is?
It looks simple enough.....unscrew some of the splash guard screws, pull the splash guard back, reach in, take out old bulb, replace with new bulb. Am I missing anything?

Never mind...simple enough. Took like 15 mins from start to finish. Looks pretty hot too

 

 

it should take 15 min max, even for a beginner, please PM if you need a DIY guide. MTEC halogen bulbs are error free

ktlocklear, what AE bulbs do you have? and what is their colour temp?

also, does anyone know whether I can take out the reflectors from the fog lights? or get access to the reflectors by disassembling the lights somehow?

I am planning a small mod on them and have too take them out for this and would like to know whether it possible before I buy the materials
