This guy is a work of art. Nothing but headaches and disappointment. :thumbsdown: :thumbsdown:
A few days after paying for Euro Headlights, I sent him several messages asking him for a tracking number and when I got it, I had to jump thru hoops in order to track it down and get the delivery address changed! He states he shipped it on the 16th... then I had to make calls to DHL Germany to track the package @ a cost of $.14 per minute... no one spoke English... I was on a roll...
When I provided them the tracking number, they told me that it was not in the system... as of the 20th... I let him know that it wasn't in the system and that he had to track the package for me and give me an update... he said he emailed DHL and he would let me know what they say about changing the delivery address... I called back DHL Germany on the 30th since he stopped responding to my messages and emails... found out that the package was shipped on the 23rd!
His original post described the headlights as...
What I got were headlights that are cracked, without ballasts, bulbs or controller units! I am fuming!
This guy is a total looser in my opinion and I would have to think twice before I purchase anything from overseas ever again. To this day, he has not replied to any of my messages sent after he gave me an update regarding the shipping address change which he requested via email to DHL Germany...

WOW, I sorry to hear about your experience. I was about to buy those lights but something gave me a funny feeling (went with other updates instead)

I am very sorry to hear about your experience, I hope something can be done to fix your situation, thanks for the heads up, I pmd him a couple of days about some headlights he was selling, will stay away now, many thanks for letting us know.
