Will the LCI idrive knob with black leather insert fit a 2005 non-lci car? I'm assuming its a like for like replacement or am i wrong....

Thanx Mick.. congrats on buying the dension.. if ur gettin it fitted dont pay over ?50 coz thats what it cost me. I'll get back to you with regards to the mp3 programming.. its booked in on wednesday.

In the States anyway, the '04, '05, and early '06 knobs were satin metal in color, then in late '06 and '07, they changed to the leather-topped one. The '08 LCI knob is actually topped with rubber. It may be different in the UK.
