Hi guys,
Feel an idiot posting this up after all the Suspension/Spacer questions that have been asked and answered this week, but I'm looking for some info on what i've got planned.
Current Setup
19" 172's With Sport Suspension
Front: 245/35/19 ET18
Rear: 275/30/19 ET32
Proposed Setup 1
19" 172's With H&R Sports Springs
Front: 245/35/19 ET18 + 5mm Spacer (ET13)
Rear: 275/30/19 ET32 + 20mm Spacer (ET12)
Proposed Setup 2
19" 172's With Eibach Pro Springs
Front: 245/35/19 ET18 + 5mm Spacer (ET13)
Rear: 275/30/19 ET32 + 20mm Spacer (ET12)
I love the drop on the H&R, but I know im running low offsets so I'll be inclined to rub. Would this be in issue with a 275 trye?
Does anyone have any input?

im not the best with this but i will offer what i've gone with. After talking to a lot of wheel experts on here my setup is....
20x9 in the front offset of 20. Tire 245/35/20
20x10 in the rear offset of 25. Tire 275/30/20
After talking about this with multiple people it seems this setup will run pretty close to perfect. I might have a slight rubbing issue in the front. A side note is im running a stock non sport suspension. This is really the only help i can offer because this is my first bmw, my first time buying new 20's with tires this big. I dont know if this helps much but i guess you can kind of compare...
good luck.

I think im going ahead with option one when I get back from Holiday and see how it pans out!
Thanks for your help
Hey sagar, from what ive gathered i believe the max offsets are roughly ET 12 for the front and ET 17 for the rear, these are the M6 offsets and i think thats the most aggressive you can go without rubbing. ET 13 on the front will be fine but i believe ET 12 on the rear with a 275 might rub or would be very close, think about a 15mm spacer on the rear. Dr.lev's the man see if you can PM him just to confirm, he knows about e60 fitment's.
You might have to roll your fenders i think.....i use to run 15mm spacer with 166's so 13et at the rear..........which did not rub with sport suspension.....however with lowered springs it might......ill say with eibach springs you could have a better chance.....of not rubbing

Thanks guys
I've got my 5mm spacers for the front too now so its F:5mm & R:20mm (ET13 & ET12)
Once these are on, i'll see how they sit on the sports suspension. By measuring up, this all seems viable, I know people say ET16/17 is cool, but when you actually get out there with some measuring equipment, the difference is minimal.
Secondly, I'll get some springs on and see wether it sits low enough, but i suspect, as mentioned ill need the arches (fenders) rolling.
Thanks for the input, Will keep you updated
