Warranty and Bruce's Cables
Hello, I bought a set of LCI tails and Bruce's cables and recently I am getting a message " Right Tail lamp malfunction," I looked did a search and saw that it could be a bulb about to be blown, I replaced them all and still the same problem. Also, sometimes, rarely it tells me its the left one.
It's getting in my nerves and I want to take it in to the dealer, I was wondering if having LCI's with Bruce's cables would void my warranty or just anything else. Would the dealer be ok with this?

The relays in the kit must have become weak and may need to be replaced. The light malfunction is happening because your car is checking the bulbs during the time the relay arm is moving. There is also a fix you can try yourself to move the Brake and Tail lines around. PM me and I'll give you some more options.

My V6 cables come with a full 12 months warranty. I have so far managed to maintain my 100% working track record for the V6s, which means that everyone I know of has a working V6 with no errors on the iDrive. If there were a few that got errors the kit was changed immediately on bringing the problem to my attention, no matter when it was bought. I may be far away but my goods get to you in under 3 days.

My Ride: 2006 520d - 19" 172s- Remapped - LCI taillights V6 cables - LCI xenon headlights - Denison 500 with BTA1500 - led interior lights - OEM led number plate lights
Planned mods:
Folding mirrors - Modmynav kit - High gloss shadowline trim -
I don't think anyone should hesitate worry about Bruce's products. My V6 cables had a error message and Bruce replaced them straight away. New cables have been fine.
