I bought this about 2 months and never had an opportunity to use it once. I just don't carry any rear seat passengers very many times. So for those who have kids or might have a use for it take a look. The DVD player is made by Audiovox. It has a 10" screen with a top loading dvd slot which makes it really convenient to load dvd's while in the car. The good thing about it is that it has both wireless headphone capability as well as an fm modulator built into the car charger. I will include an extra set of wireless headphones for a total of 4. I have it installed in my rear center console via the mount that proclipusa.com designed specifically for our e60s. The dvd and screen is rather large and heavy so when you start going over bumps, it wobbles a bit but if you tighten the screw, it should hold it in place pretty well. The dvd tablet comes with a strap mount that you can wrap around your seats to hold it up but it looks kinda ghetto that way. Everything that will be included : Audivox D1020 Tablet DVD player with 10" Screen, a remote control, a travel bag, ac power plug, car adapter plug with fm modulator, 4 wireless headphones, and the proclip mount. It is in like new condition with no scratches or chips. Paid over $400 for everything. Price is set at $275 firm.

I can only add that I have the exact same setup and at the asking price, it's a good deal. The player alone can be used outside the car (in hotel rooms for the kids, etc.) and it even has a TV tuner if you hook it up to cable or an antenna.

It makes for a decent little portable that has many uses both in or outside the car...
