Anyone know? Would love to replace the vinyl with leather.

yep, no problem: I had it done over a year ago - it actually is the same upholstery that has allways been used in the M5

Excellent! Did you do it yourself? Did you replace all three pieces in the center console?

I think this is what you'll need to replace all three parts...

Removing the center armrest cover (including rear finisher):
Master_replacing_centre_console_cover.pdf
Removing the sliding armrest:
Removing_center_armrest.pdf

How much did you spend?
Did you replace the three pieces or had them leather covered?
Did you replace even the long one connecting to the central dashboard (in the M5 and in the LCI even this one is leather)?

do you have a pdf even for removing the long thin piece which connects the center armrest to the central portion of the dashboard (See picture)?

Here you go -- this one's a bit more complex because you have to remove the entire center console first...
