I think this is what you'll need to replace all three parts...
Removing the center armrest cover (including rear finisher):

Removing the sliding armrest:

Did you replace the three pieces or had them leather covered?
Did you replace even the long one connecting to the central dashboard (in the M5 and in the LCI even this one is leather)?
