Everytime I get in my car it feels as if the passenger side of the car hangs lower than the driver side. Even when I step outside and look at the car from the back it appears to hang lower on the passenger side. Others said the same, so I took my car to the dealership and asked them to measure the right and left side of my car up near the front wheel wells and they said it the same side on both. Just wondering if anyone else has felt that their car hung a little lower on the passenger side as well.

Don't you have a tape measure ? Find level ground (use a spirit level if not sure) and measure it yourself. Ground to high point of wheel arch is easiest.
Not sure what suspension is on your car, but my touring has self levelling suspension - unfortunately after a sensor failure repair, the dopy dealer didn't reset it level. Taking immediately on a long trip I found it was out by 2 inches / 50cm and had to take in to another dealer to fix.

I noticed a difference as soon as I got the car (530I). The right side is 3/8 in lower than the left. never did anything about it.

I was told about this by the shop that lowered my car. They made the adjustment after installing the springs.

It is to compensate for driver's weight! Once you're inside it'll more or less be even on both sides. Both my E60 and previous E46 are like this.

You guys are so nice to your wives. I have my wife in the trunk so that it will balance out the golf clubs back there. Just want to make sure that there is a good 50/50, left/right weight distribution. Just kidding.
