I'm assuming you are using the oem 6fl/"y cable" to connect your iphone 4s. IIRC, the plug design on apple products was changed sometime around the iphone 4 release which does not allow charging with the 6fl cord

I am using the original cable that came on the car, didn't have any trouble with my old ipod classic to charge it.
Only when I connect ipod touch, iphone or ipad it will not charge, the dealer recently update the newest sofware to my car so it can't be that.
Does any of you has experience this, any one knows of a cable that canfix this issue?Thank you

Exactly. Your iPod classic has the old design which works with the 6fl cable. Sorry I don't know if there is a plug that will work for both your car and charge your newer apple products. Hopefully someone else will chime in.
