This might be stupid but why is one of the rings White and one of them BLUE ?

I was wondering the same thing. Also, this is a complete headlight assembly replacement right and not just AEs or bulbs?

Complete assembly with fxr retrofit v2. Yes one of them is blue our assembler was just seeing what it would look like.

Price is on the site already, fully loaded set for $650 basically.

With FXR Bixenon Projectors
With Orion V2 pre-installed.
So, $650.
