Following a line of traffic and some fucking dick tried to pull in with out signalling , every one braked to avoid a crash and I ran up the back of the car in front. Bastard that tried to pull in drove away.![](https://5series.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/fcuk.gif)
Im liable due to driving too close, £500 down the pan for my excess.

Same exact accident I got on my E46 M3 but crash my driver side. cost me 12,000 USD. The person front me rear end another car at 55 mph, and didn't have time and space to stop. It was on hwy at hwy speed.

Sorry to hear that happen to you, at least you weren't hurt. I personally rear ended someone back in high school when I had my 240sx. Since then I don't stick to peoples asses when driving or when in traffic cause you just never know when someone is going to slam their brakes. Takes an accident to change the way you drive I guess.
