Aftermarket MTech Rear Bumper, flapping?

Hi guys,
I recently picked up an MTech rear bumper from Trinity, and had it installed by an autobody shop. I noticed that the center of the diffuser isn't bolted to anything, leading me to worry about flapping. I spoke w/ the guys over at Trinity and they confirmed that the kit comes in only two pieces, and that this is normal. To secure the diffuser, some clients of theirs mentioned using zipties.
Can anyone show me pics of how they secured their aftermarket rear bumper diffuser?

Never noticed that problem with my rear bumper/diffuser, and lets just say I've driven fast enough to notice since I had it installed 
I have OEM parts, but I don't think the replicas would have this issue.

Yeah I ziptied my diffuser and also ziptied the edges of the actual bumper since the replica mtech bumper is larger than the stock oem bumper so there was a little gap where the bolts should have met.

Thanks Persian for the info - is there any way you can take a picture to show the hardpoints you used when securing the diffuser and bumper edges in place?

Here are a few pictures highlighting the kit post-installation w/ zipties. I think the OEM MTech bumper kit comes with additional support pieces to eliminate the gaps.

Yes it does. The OEM MTech kit came with longer side mounting brackets that would reach all the way and properly bolt the MTech bracket down. Also, the OEM Mtech kit came with a center bracket that the diffuser would mount on to.

Here are part numbers for the OEM MTech side and center brackets. I suggest getting these and mounting them right. No zip tie hacks allowed on BMWs.

Thank YOU. I was seriously thinking about just reverting to my old bumper as I haven't been happy w/ the MTech bumper since it was installed, and the zipties were still not securing the diffuser properly. I'll pick this up asap.

Keep in mind that those are for the OEM Mtech. Hopefully they fit with the Replicas. However, those parts aren't that expensive so might as well get them and try it.
