I just placed an order on FLEX PE14-2 rotary polisher!
I've been considering a rotary polisher for some time now, as I think I've learned the basics about polishing a car with my well served FLEX XC 3401 VRG orbital polisher.
The PE 14-2 should be one of the best rotaries on the market right now, but it can be seen in its price too. Sure there would have been other great machines available also, but I wanted to stick with the FLEX.
I'm still keeping my 3401, and planning to use it on finishing and light polishing. With a rotary I'm after some more power to achieve results quicker than with an orbital. We'll see!
I am going to write some kind of a review here when I get the machine and have used it in real life applications. Next job will be at the oncoming weekend and I hope I get the machine before that .

ps. Sorry about teasing with the "review" in the title already.

One day I will get into the rotary... I am a DA myself. At least for now. I need to get some junkyard doors to practice on with a rotary.
\\\Edit\\\ BTW, Flex rocks!

I purchased the Flex Pe14-2 when it came out, coming from using the Flex 3401 VRG Dual action polisher for a couple of years.
My main polisher is still the Flex 3401 VRG DA polisher and only use the Rotary Pe14-2 for very deep scratches/swirls or heavily swirled or oxidized finishes that the DA cannot handle.
I love the new Flex Pe14-2, especially how quiet the new rotary polisher is. I just wish the DA was as quiet as the rotary.
AWESOME machine nonetheless. Enjoy !!!!
