Installed M5 OEM reinforcement pull rod

I found these two pull rods in M5 and M6 only. That's why try to install and found here add stability and stiffness to the chassis. Especially during cornering.

So this is a chassis stiffening device? I just watched Two Guys garage (car show in the US) install something very similar on a new Lexus. It was kinda funny, at the beginning of the show they had a bunch of boxes of parts sent to them by Lexus and when they mentioned this item they described it as going on the shock towers to stiffen those up and later realized it went under the car.

Are all the mounting points in the right place to just bolt this in?

Thanks for testing and posting this Ricky, I've been toying with this idea for a long time!

A few important questions:

Were there any modifications needed to install them?
Is the black plate in the middle new, or did you use your existing one?
Do you think I can still fit the middle UltraRacing bar with these pull rods in place? I'm not sure, but I think they mount to the points where these rods connect to the rear suspension?

And how much did they cost you? In Europe they are around 150-170 USD each..

I have all 3 Ultra racing bars. You wouldn't be able to run these pull bars and the UR middle bar at the time since they attached at the same sub frame points. I guess you could do the front UR bar, these middle pulls rods and the rear UR bar.

if you install this, the UR bars will not fit because were it holds on there is only room for 1 bar hole.

Congrats ricky
I am very happy that you install these M5 bars, this proves that the e60 dose have some body roll and need bars if BMW makes them for the M5

Direct bolt in with #15 and # 17 screw.
