Pics: New Paint Job & Some Changes
#1
Thats right, the whale fin spoiler..... IS GONE FOREVER! The rear spoiler I had on was a sore eye for me since last year and the problem was that removing it would require repainting the rear trunk. Since I had some paint chips on the front bumper, too, I decided to just re-paint the whole damn car Jet Black, and so I did. I got a really great deal from iND and I said what the hell, DO IT! The car looks like it just came off the assembly line now. I can see myself in it.
Here are the results:
p.s. - its worth noting this time around I told them to paint the plastic mesh pieces for the M5 bumper and I love how it came out gloss black instead of matte plastic like it was before!

Looks great! The gloss black on the mesh does look good too!

I do like the painted mesh areas as that's something I've considered doing.
Your car has always looked really clean, so to be honest, I can't really tell the difference on the paint job.
And how much is a "great deal"? Under $3k?
