Yes they are, but we had to remove the sticky and move it to the vendors classifieds, where it is no longer a sticky.
This is so, because the forum was sold and with the new owners vendors have to pay a fee to post their ads. Since the sticky is a free ad we had to remove it.
It is still in the vendors classifieds.
