Hi everyone ive just bought a 2006 bmw 520d m sport which i love it, im just wondering why i have no sound coming from my tweeters in my front door near the wing mirrors and the speaker in the centre of the dashboard. I have sound coming from the two rear behind the back seats, two sub-woofer under the front seats and two in the bottom of the front doors!!

CONGRATS on your new buy - excellent car, adequate power and fantastically economical.
It's often said that the "search" function is a good thing... but I realize that we often have to describe our way through and learn things bit by bit; I do it myself all the time.
OK to focus on the topic at hand. It sounds like you have the basic audio system (non North America version) which includes only the 6 speakers you yourself outline as eminating sound. The tweeter cabinets by the door mirrors are just that, cabinets that are sadly empty, just like the single cabinet in the dashboard by the windscreen.
I'm in the midst of upgrading my own, adding components from the 2-level higher BMW soundsystem "Logic7"; that is to say I'm replacing the midrange 4" speaker and adding a tweeter.
The sub's under the seat are not subs but regular speakers. If you want subs, you have to add an amplifier and run your own wiring. Suitable subs are rare, as the cabinet is very compact but a set of Earthquake SWS-8 fits the hole perfectly. I'm adding a TNT T1000 amp in the boot and plan to upload a fresh DIY in 1-2 weeks.
