I still got the energy to polish & wax my car yesterday despite the Audi A6 that I polished on Saturday.
There was a new product that I hadn't used on my own car before: Britemax #4 Black Max Glaze.
It's pretty much like Dodo Juice Lime Prime. It very lightly polishes, cleans the surface and works as a glaze also. And what can I say, it's brilliant! Very easy to work with the machine and extremely easy to wipe of after buffing. It removed some slight hazing on paint and made the sapphire black really pop!
After polishing I put a layer of Dodo Juice Supernatural on top. I love this wax.
I took couple of pics in a hurry to catch few reflections.
The process was:
1) Pre-wash
- Korrek Powerwash detergent spray
- Bilt-Hamber Autofoam
2) Wash
- Turtle Wax Big Orange
- Two bucket method + sheepskin mitt
- Astonish Car Care Wheel Cleaner + EZ Detail Brush
3) Claying
- Sonüs Ultra Fine Detail Clay
- Bilt-Hamber Autofoam as a lubricant
4) Polish / Glaze
- Britemax #4 Black Max Glaze + Lake Country CCS white polishing pad
- Flex XC 3401 VRG
5) Wax
- Dodo Juice Supernatural v.2
6) Tyres & windows
- AutoGlym Instant Tyre Dressing
- AutoGlym Fast Glass
