For those who have a winter set up can you post your experience you had with your winter tires? Would you mind including the brand and size?

I'm considering purchasing a set for next season and would love to hear some reviews. And if you have any pics I wouldn't mind seeing those too.

 

Normally I go for a -1 size when specifiying winter tires, narrower is better in snow conditions, but in this case I stayed with original size 225/50-17.

While I have had good performance with the Bridgestone L70, I have used Nokian Nordman4 on my Subaru and was very satisfied, so I went with 225/50-17 Nokian WRG3 for my 545. Performance in snow, slush etc. is great and no performance drop off with high speed driving on dry cold highways.

Apparently these tires can be used in summer also, but I do not intend to do that.
